The international journey of UNICA continues.
On the occasion of the prestigious London Design Award, UNICA has been selected among the top three finalists in the Product Design – Furniture Design category, within a context that celebrates excellence in contemporary luxury design, with the table Atelier, part of the Haute Couture collection.
The Awards Ceremony took place in London, at the iconic JW Marriott Grosvenor House, on Friday, September 23rd, 2022 — a setting that has long celebrated excellence in international design.
A recognition that highlights not only the aesthetic value of the project, but also its conceptual depth. Atelier is born from a dialogue between design and haute couture, where surfaces become fabrics, and materials translate the language of tailoring into a three-dimensional experience.
Glass, once again, becomes the medium through which light, texture and movement take shape. The table is not conceived as a simple object, but as a living surface, capable of evoking the softness, rhythm and elegance of a dress. Every detail reflects a careful research into patterns, layers and transparencies, inspired by the world of fashion and its ability to give form to identity.
Designers were invited to interpret contemporary living through originality and vision. With Atelier, UNICA brings into the domestic space a new dimension, where design meets emotion and craftsmanship meets narrative.
Being among the finalists in such an international context represents an important milestone for UNICA, confirming its commitment to creating pieces that go beyond function, becoming expressive and immersive experiences.
